Marinate the Beef:01. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, honey, and black pepper.02. Marinate the beef for at least 20 minutes.
Cook the Noodles:03. Cook noodles according to package directions.04. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside. Splash some oil and toss briefly to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Vegetables:05. Boil edamame beans until just tender, then drain.06. Halve cherry tomatoes and thinly slice red onions.
Cook the Beef:07. Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat.08. Cook beef slices quickly (1-2 minutes per side) until just cooked through but still tender. Remove from heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.09. Slice the beef against the grain. Set aside.
